1. Introduction

 

These Terms govern the use of The Healing Chapter website and the booking of all retreats and events. These Terms outline the rules and regulations regarding bookings, cancellations, liability, and other essential aspects related to our services. We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time.

 

2. Booking

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a retreat. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • Booking Process: To book a retreat, you must complete the online booking form and provide accurate details, including your full name, email address, payment information, and any other necessary information.
  • Confirmation: Once your booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing retreat details. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received this confirmation.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your retreat.
  • Full payment must be paid 60 days before the retreat start date. Failure to make the full payment by this time may result in your booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
  • If your booking is within 8 weeks of the retreat, full payment is required. Alternative payment plans may be available on discussion.
  • Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from The Wellness Tribe via email.
  • If we do not receive full payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will lose your deposit.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us via email. Your cancellation will be processed in accordance with our refund policy below.
  • All deposit payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. If we cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • By booking and attending a retreat, you acknowledge and accept that participation in activities may involve some level of risk. You agree to engage in the activities at your own risk.
  • The Healing Chapter is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological injury, loss, or damage incurred during your participation in the retreat. This includes any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
  • You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions or other factors that may impact your ability to participate in activities. We do not provide medical advice, and participation in the retreat is based on your own health and wellness capacity.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.

 

6. Code of Conduct

  • Treating all participants, staff, and facilitators with kindness and respect.
  • The use of illegal substances or alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during all retreats.
  • Active participation in retreat activities is encouraged, but we understand that everyone’s journey is different, and you are free to opt out of activities if needed.
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on The Healing Chapter website, including text, images, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of The Healing Chapter and is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • The Healing Chapter reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any modifications.
  • If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
